
This is a great diet food. An entire package of pudding, made with unsweetened almond milk, is only about 137 calories. It fills a big bowl. It was super easy to make. I used a hand whisk to mix it around and let it sit. In just a minute, it thickened up to a nice fluffy pudding consistency. The texture is 5/5!! The taste, however, is only about 3/5; the fake sweetener is too strong for my tastes. I used the pudding as a filling for low-calorie protein donuts and it made for a very creamy center, but the flavor was off.
