These were pretty meh.
They are dense crunchy pieces that look pretty similar to dry soy curls…and may taste a bit like what I’d imagine they taste like dry.
Not really a fan of the dense texture and the lack of seasoning doesn’t help. The flavored ones are better as they cover the pea protein flavor.
