When bread is the star of the show, I need some super tasty, fluffy bread. When it’s N apparatus to get other tasty items in my mouth, I’m not as picky. These buns were pretty good considering they pack 7 grams of protein into a 50 cal bun. No strange aftertaste - just “normal” bread.
The only downside (other than not being outrageously tasty like some others) is that the bottom piece of the bun on my 2nd burger started to get soggy once I got to it. I’d recommend waiting to build your burger or sandwich until you’re about to eat it - though perhaps this was just my circumstance.
