I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from a freezer meal from Walmart but this was actually pretty good! Very mild taste so you can add extra spices or sauces if you wanted. Besides the sodium content, I was actually pretty impressed with the ingredients list. The falafel definitely isn’t the best but for $3.97 - this was a very quick and filling meal from the grocery store. I’d probably buy this again for lunches.
Also note that while the front packaging boasts that it’s vegan, it’s not certified vegan and the back suggests that it may contain milk, eggs and seafood.

No need to fear about may contain. It basically just means it’s made in the same facility as those things. Like if u made vegan cookies in the same kitchen as non vegan cookies. It’s about cross contamination for people with severe allergies. They can’t put milk n stuff in there without stating it in the ingredients list.
