To their credit, the lack of flavor in the filling implied less use of MSG than you’d find in China or American-Chinese restaurants. The bun was soft and warm but fell a little short of the buns I loved back in Shanghai. I can’t put my finger on the difference. Overall good but monstrously overpriced.
