Plant Mince de Vivera — Reseña de luanitafnt (21 jul 2022)

I tried this plant mince today to make some Bolognese sauce (what we Italians call Ragú) and I was very pleased with it. It tasted really good.
I usually prefer to use lentils for this recipe, but now I know that once in a while I can opt for this option too
