Just beans really! Can't go wrong with this one if you're looking for some cheap protein or a blank-slate type ingredient. I have this in the freezer all the time and I eat it most days. I get at least six servings for £2.25. Unfortunately, it comes in a plastic bag. I figure that this is still better than the tofu that I would have otherwise bought, which comes in more plastic.
