We asked a bit of everything so I'm assuming it would be the first salad box choice, but yeah everything was raw even the brocolli lol, some was good like the yellow paste thing. XD honestly didn't even know wtf half the stuff was lol (was so much while the staff guy explained it to me). There were raw cut cabbage/carrots/lentils etc I believe.
