This loaf is really good. Perfect replacement for meatloaf in the past. So much more nutritious. I have prepared it to serve warm with potatoes and gravy but also love it sliced cold for sandwiches. I have cooked it according to directions then sliced and broiled it to get a crispier texture. Don’t let the small loaf fool you. It is very dense and filling so a little goes a long way. Well worth the money.
