Tacovore’s Herbivore Special is pictured here at the top. It includes lightly fried Zucchini with Cabbage, Cilantro, pickled Red Onions, and vegan Ranch. This taco tasted better than it looked. The zucchini was juicy and tasted great with the ranch. If you like zucchini, I would recommend ordering this one with the Tempeh Chorizo taco! 🌮
