I really liked this product! Picked it up at Fresh Thyme with no real plan for it, but quickly found many uses for this cheese. Mixing it with salsa for a queso flavor has worked well, but there are many other dishes this would be great in. No weird aftertaste or textures with this, will grab another pouch once this us done!
