5/5 for texture but 2/5 for flavor. It had an almost overpowering sour flavor, maybe like arugula, that I wasn’t expecting in a “breakfast” sausage. I think it would be better mixed into a pasta dish or with some other roasted veggies, but by itself it was just okay. Probably wouldn’t repurchase.
