Hard truths time. [Sigh.] I love Miyokos products; their cream cheeses and cheese spreads are to die for. I was really looking forward to these, but after eating a few I must confess that I am disappointed. They’re not Daiya cheese level bad, which in my opinion is the WORST, but they’re not good. The taste and texture feels off, and I didn’t find them satisfying in any way. I appreciate the effort, but not the end product, and my honest overall rating is 2⭐️ (compared to most Daiya cheeses which are only 0.5⭐️). We will not be buying these again with the current recipe, but if they ever upgrade to a new recipe I would be willing to try again.
