Changed noodles to kuay tiao and they gave me hor fun type rice noodle, thus it’s not smooth or soft. Flavour is good, soup has traces of seaweed. Vegetables include lettuce and bean sprouts; generous with beancurd cubes. The only grouse is the soup is not hot enough.

I like hot soup too. It just tastes different when it has cooled down a little
