Review of Roasted Pumpkin Tofeta Salad at WS Deli Experience Store by xinru-t

New dish! Although this was a salad, it did not get bland or boring as there were savoury bursts from the sun-dried tomatoes and tofu feta cheese. Came with assorted vegetables such as roasted pumpkin, bell pepper, cucumber, romaine, and mesclun leaves in sesame dressing. The roasted pumpkin texture leaned towards being hard and crispy when I first had it, but when I revisited I saw another table ordering this dish and it looked more soft and creamy. I'm personally not really a fan of salads but this might be good as a lighter meal option or as a healthier side for sharing! ($11.50)
