My first time trying a buckwheat base for an ice cream! Although I couldn't really taste the buckwheat, the texture is smooth and creamy. The taste is sweet and mildly tangy! This ice cream is made from North Vancouver, BC. #veganicecream #sweettooth #vegandesserts
