Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Wild rice, roasted broccoli, pickled vegetables, thai coconut curry sauce, plus a choice of either grilled tempeh or vegan chicken. I enjoyed it, but it was a bit too spicy, I think the sauce. Cost about $13 dollars.
