Oooh! I liked this more than the peri peri one, it was more filling because of the edamame and lots of lovely purple cabbage, and the aubergine was really nice and soft. I wouldn’t say the rice was sticky rice but overall it was still really nice to have as part of dinner (served with gyoza and loads of teriyaki tofu) #japanese #aubergine #rice
