This may be the first truly ready-made frozen food I can’t or don’t want to alter. It’s just a Simplot— I mean simple hash brown 😋 It was a very pre-meditated choice from the omnivorous days carried forward by its expected #naturallyvegan status 🧐
I once made the mistake of thawing this too much, because apparently that’s possible. This is simply because it can’t support its sliced state of solidness being so soft. So… I’d say thawing it 35% down would be good 👌 I do love me my hash 😉 It’s so much more texturally interesting than fries, which would have the added caveat of deep frying up a mess. You get crunchy and moisture from just the pan fry here 👍 Don’t skimp on the oil for that extra crisp. Taste the #potatoes 😋
RM 12 for my potato love 😘 is always worth it.
