Generous amount of ingredients. Love the flavour of the tofu because of the sauce it soaked with - slight salty and fragrant. The dish is not served very hot, so good for people who want a quick meal without worrying it is too hot. Would love to have more mushrooms - the ratio of tofu is much more than mushrooms
