

Generous serving of perfectly soft and spicy chickpeas and baby spinach, lots of whole-food plant-based protein! Non-veg family member who doesn't usually care much for food actually raved about this, and said it reminded them of kacang puteh but better haha. Came with assorted vegetables, such as tender broccoli and juicy bell pepper. Didn't even need the side dressing because every component, including the fluffy and fragrant quinoa, was already so flavourful. ($13) Jasmine rice could be switched to Tri Colour Brown Rice (+$1), Gluten Free Pasta (+$2), or Quinoa (+$2).
