We love tofu in our house, and although we used to gravitate to extra firm tofu lately we have been enjoying firm tofu in all of our dishes. This tofu is SUPER affordable, and it drains well and cubes up nicely to be tossed in the air fryer with a little cornstarch, paprika and a pinch of salt. Wonderful on a bowl of stir-fried noods, in ramen, or by the handful if you’re a tofu fiend like me.😜
