Aguachile De Setas en Alakazam — Reseña de zullybee (28 may 2022)

This is amazing! This is a oyster mushroom “ceviche”. The consistency was perfect (really reminded me of seafood). The acidity was there and the spicy kick too. This is paired with corn chips.
