It’s hard to believe that my favorite vegan cheese is not made of plant based milk but made using potato. It tastes so good without melting. Even after melting cheese taste is retained. It melts quickly so 15secs of microwave heat is enough to half melt it and have optimal taste. Using this currently for cheese toast. this shows that cheese should not be the excuse for anyone to continue supporting torture of other species animals. #ditchdairy
