Beetroot juice en Nâu Nâu — Reseña de Jeanne (22 may 2022)

Too pretty of a drink not to share! Had this fresh beetroot juice at my favourite café in Saigon and I was mesmerized by how pretty it was haha. Natural colours never fail amazing me. The menu offers a mint/ginger option, and I had the bad idea of taking the ginger one. I think a tiny bit of ginger could do really nice with beetroot, but it came really in too big of a proportion in my drink: the ginger flagrance was so strong I could barely feel that of the beetroot 😢 Thus I would advise you to stick with beetroot only or to ask for very little ginger to be added! I’m not giving it a bad mark though, because it was not what I expected (ie beetroot) but still was quite good (felt like a ginger juice with a pretty look haha)! Paid 29k for the drink 🍹
