Not bad to have on hand if you’re in the mood for cake — which is certainly something that happens to me on random evenings. But this is too sweet for me. I like their Cinnamon Roll Blondie much better.

Greyston Bakery was founded in 1982 by a Zen Buddhist monk, Bernie Glassman. Through an Open Hiring™ Model, Greyston provides a job and resources to individuals with barriers to employment, no questions asked. All our flavors are made with clean-label ingredients, fairtrade sugar and cocoa, ingredients that are not bioegineered, ethically sourced and no preservatives or artificial stuff.
