Bibimbap en Soil to Soul 土生花 — Reseña de moosewong (8 may 2022)

Quite an atypical bibimbap - the rice is flavored (with oil? turmeric? not sure) and there are fewer vegetables. This is generally a heavier dish than normal bibimbap, and the soup is miso that is pretty strong as well.
