Vegetable spring rolls de Shanghai kitchen — Reseña de Sarah (6 may 2022)

These are really good, easy to cook, and turn out crispy if you bake or pan-fry them. They have a standard cabbage filling with some added mushrooms, and the orange sauce is pretty sweet. They’re about 2 bites each so I wish they were a bit bigger.
