Meatball en Xing Hua Vegetarian Restaurant — Reseña de xinru-t (5 may 2022)

This was named 'crystal bun' in the menu! Not the typical 'crystal bun' I pictured, but very tender and delicious! Steamed tofu 'meatballs' stuffed with glass noodles, vegetables, and peanuts. Highly recommend this handmade dimsum, which is apparently a classic dish in Putian, China. ($1.50/piece)
