Tortelli de Alcachofra e Tofu ao Pomodoro en Banana Verde Restaurant — Reseña de th-vegan (4 may 2022)

Sorry for the spam. I had to post them now or I would forget my experience while eating them (and probably the name of the dishes as well haha)

The flavor of the artichoke in this dish is so deliciously-strong. I adore artichokes (“Alcachofra” in Portuguese - I learnt that today hahaha). The pasta was on point and the vegan Parmesan was fantastic! (tbh it has taken me a while to find a decent parmesan substitute -if you know any I could buy in stores, let me know)
