Funny story. This product is oven only and we only have a microwave at work and that's why I got it. Yes I know read packaging and it being in a tin like container should of given it away.
So one bowl later and 3-4 mins in microwave and it was done. Tasted nice kinda like a veg stew and no I did not get food poisoning from cooking it in microwave. Lol.
