
They taste good, a little bit pale looking no matter how long you cook them. But the skin is nice and soft so not hard to cut like other sausages.

Are you frying, grilling or baking? I've found anything involving an oven they don't brown much. In the pan, if you brush with a little oil and do low and slow and turn you can get a nice golden finish. On the BBQ, if you baste with a decent sauce they will brown off nicely. To be fair, the Pork ones always looked a bit anemic, just the recipe
