Great broth for veggie stews!
It won’t provide enough flavor by itself, so I typically add nutritional yeast and black pepper.

In addition to soup on it's own or with bread, this can be used as a base sauce for Green Bean Casserole. You can find GF and vegan crispy fried onions at places like Whole Foods. Maybe Kroger too.
When I have it as just soup, I add a TBSP of nutritional yeast for B vitamins. My SO adds garlic salt and pepper, but bacon salt 8s good too. It's totally vegan and sold with the other fancy salt flavors. I think at Kroger, in the baking isle.
