🧀 I really enjoyed this dish. I thought I'd be bored halfway, but it was one mouthful followed by the next. It has a nice cheesey flavour without the heaviness. I believe the base of the sauce is actually cauliflower, though I can't be 100% sure. If it is, then I should give 5 star for nutrition. It would be great if gluten free macaroni or pasta can be an option. 😍
