Heck were the first non-pork sausage I had (Chicken), and I was pleased to find them offering a few Vegan options. These came as a substitute for their Vegan Breakfast ones, and were super tasty. I prefer Chipolatas, in my meat eating days they offered less fatty/sinuey bits to question what I was eating, but now I just enjoy a skimmer sausage
