Vegetarian Fried Rice en Din Tai Fung — Reseña de Nura Wong (9 abr 2022)

Grateful that there is a carb dish to fill my stomach, but this dish was alright. A little bit under-seasoned, but still has a pleasant wok-hei char to it. The rice was the short starchy variety, so I am surprised that it didnt come out wet and sticky. Instead, it was perfectly fried.
