Doubles en Lime House — Reseña de Xi Zhi (8 abr 2022)

It's curried chickpeas with sweet and sour mango chutney over some chewy flatbreads called "barra". The flavours of each component seem predictable, but I promise you will be surprised by the symphonic explosion of flavours when you take your first bites.

It's hard to choose a favourite out of the plantains, the Ital Stew, and the Doubles. But if I had to it would be this (Doubles) because the flavours are really new and surprising to me!
