I enjoyed this breakfast as it was flavourful. The potato has brown base was stopped with a layer of pesto, mushrooms and glazed cherry tomato. The avo on the side was helpful in breaking down the richness of the dish.

I would highly recommend this breakfast as it combined so many delicious elements.

** The butter served with the bread is not vegan
