Yes, that is a bowl full of raw vegetables and #mushroom. Yes, the only carbs in sight were a few tiny specks of #quinoa. Yes, there wasn't a single fried thing 😨 But no, I haven't lost the plot and gone #toohealthy; I'm merely doing things #forthedollar, and also the thought of a cold meal after a cardio-heavy session was inviting ☺️

Thank god for the grilled mushroom though - the #hericium, the #eryngii, and the #oystermushroom. Wouldn't have made it without them 😅 I made up for this meal with something beautifully deep-fried, which you'll see in a future review 😇
