So here is a quick cheap meal that is good healthy and can pack a punch!

Use the mock beef flavoring with water and add to taste!

Start with sweating a ton of veggies, I used celery, broccoli, carrots, asparagus, canned tomatoes & peppers, and use a little bit of oil and water at the bottom of a pot. Let the veggies sweat and add water periodically if need be. Do this on med to hi for like 20 minutes or so, then add some black people, a few pinches of turmeric, salt, and garlic pepper and red pepper. Then add the fill to the pot with water and the beef flavoring as well as some veggie noodles. Cover and let boil for like another 25 minutes then let cool. The noodles soak up and it's so good! Plus literally all veggies ☺️🌱🌱
