Review of Sensational Macinato - Garden Gourmet by marapahara
I am a big pasta al ragù lover- so I am always on the hunt for the best plant-based minced meat alternative. My fav is still @impossiblemeat but unfortunately it is not yet available in the EU market. I tried this product from @gardengourmet. Overall it was not too bad but the soy taste was a bit strong and the texture was quite soft and mushy. I recommend opening the package an hour before you cook and adding some fresh herbs like rosemary to it. This way it will absorb the herby flavours and loose a bit of the soy smell. Let me know what your fav alternative for ragù is 🍝🇮🇹 #pastalover
