It’s probably just cooked from a pack or wholesaler to serve, but it’s somehow better than the same one at other vegetarian stores! While they cared to clarify that it’s vegan, they didn’t share what the “fatty” bits in there were. My guess is either radish or turnip, but it definitely brings the whole thing together. My partner could not even believe it was vegan! #omnivoreapproved ftw!
