These mini cookies are delicious and high in fibre as well as plant protein. They are crumbly peanut flavoured morsels of delight. If you fancy a quick small treat these are perfect. They are also not too sweet which I love as I don't like overly sweet tasting snacks or desserts. You need some sugar, however less is always more....
