This is a quick and easy version of a Tuscan Soup.
I’ve never tasted Tuscan Soup, so I can’t tell you how similar it looks.

BUT, I can tell you that this product is a good way to eat a variety of legumes in one meal. As a matter of fact, it contains borlotti beans, cannellini beans, red beans and white beans.

I heated the soup in a pan for 5 minutes, and then it was ready to eat.

Maybe the soup contains too much water, but all in all I would still buy this product.
