THIS WAS AMAZING! The “ricotta” in the lasagna was actually herbed tofu and it worked out so well. I highly highly recommend this dish! If you’re ever in nyc, you should definitely stop at PS Kitchen because the restaurant is amazing and the lasagna is a great choice :)
