Wowwww this thumbprint cookie was SO GOOD. It had a strong coconut flavor in the dough, which was surprising and delightful, and a gooey berry jam-like texture in the middle. They were SOFT and chewy and I cannot wait to get more. Regret buying just one 😅😅
