We got the tomato soup with the cosmo knots, both appetizers, and together they were soooo good. The cosmo knots are divine on their own but even better when you dip them in the slightly spicy, creamy soup! The cosmo knots are made of flaky pastry dough, cheese and a mixture of seeds, along with some pub cheese that comes on the plate. And yes, everything at this restaurant is vegan! 😊
