Honestly, I believe this is the most realistic vegan pancetta I have ever tried! I usually buy it for vegan carbonara, but today I have tried it in a classic amatriciana pasta. Cooking according to the family recipe, I almost cried. You can still have your tradition without exploiting and killing animal 🌱💞
