This is a good vegan restaurant in front of Église Saint Rémi in Metz (you get a good view of the church). I had a Japanese menu - and I chose soup (particularly enjoyed the soup), and sushis (along with a citronnade bio). Good in terms of quantity, taste and location. Vegans in Metz - check this place out, there's a variety of options.
