Review of Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable salad at Postcard Café at Stark-Condé Wines by heidsm

It was a delicious salad, but as the only vegan dish on the menu, it lacked protein, complexity, and nutrition. I would love to see this beautiful setting offer more for vegans.
